IQ & EQ Lesson Breakdown Terms & Conditions
1. Each child is entitled to participate in one trial class only.
2. Trial classes are reserved for new students who have never attended an IQ & EQ class before.
3. Availability for trial classes is subject to confirmation by IQ & EQ, and they reserve the right to reschedule if necessary.
4. Only one guardian per child is allowed to attend the class.
5. Siblings of enrolled students are not permitted to participate in trial classes.
6. If a student fails to attend the trial class without prior notification, the class will be forfeited.
7. Each child can reschedule their trial class once, subject to availability.
8. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
